Does anyone have experience of buying a modular or Prefabricated home from the likes of Big Red Barn. They make big promises in terms of time line from order to construction but just wondering if anyone has real world experience of whether that is borne out in reality. Thanks

No experience with them but I would be looking for a guarantee of full compliance with all the building regulations before I handed over one euro !!!
