    Hi All,

I'm considering doing the Higher Diploma in Science in Computing (Web Development) course in NCI in the new year and was wondering if anyone has done it?

If so, would you recommend it?

I was initially thinking about the UCD Diplona Full-Stack Software Development althought is outside my budget but might be worth it...?

Any info would be much appreciated.

    Cheers,

  • I’m a complete newbie to web development but through a few interactive courses found I have a particular flare for CSS and am getting accustomed to the JS and all other the stuff. I took a look at the UCD diploma you speak of. Personally I won’t be dedicating myself to it any time soon, but it sounds pretty good to me. You don’t really need to spend that much to become adept at web development, a lot is self taught, but always good to have the great credentials that such a course would offer. If you are into art & design CSS is just pencil and paints encoded and will segue into your brain with ease! Good luck with it.
