    I didn't end up with him but a number of people on this site and elsewhere have recommended Derek Fish: https://tinyurl.com/4k4tsdsw

    He works for the Legal Aid Board, but you must be on the LAB waiting list for his specific area in Dublin. He also does private work so that could be worth trying.

    At the end of the day, I think if one person enters mediation expecting that the courts will favour them with control of the family home and children because of their gender, mediation is a complete waste of time/stalling tactic no matter who you get. The only people to win are the lawyers in that event - which helps explain why family law court judgements are rarely publicised.
