How to get the last 30 seconds of a files content

So a log file is generating stuff non stop But i only want to view all entries from last 30 seconds without using the files timestamps, log timestamps or tailing it prior Is such a thing possible?

I gave it a quick search google threw up this stack overflow answer:

I modified the date format for one of my log files and it worked nicely
