I lived in Ireland for about 5 years, recently moved to Scotland. Both my debit and credit cards have expired. Is there any way I can get replacement cards sent to my Scottish address?

Update your address with the bank. The cards should have been sent out automatically, if not, it's because they don't have your address or have an old one.

Have you told the bank your new address?

You can absolutely have a mailing address in the UK with most Irish banks, entirely separate from your "home" address. Just tell them your mailing address has changed (they'll need it in writing).
