Attic Insultaion

    Can someone recommend a roll type attic insulation other than fibreglass but with equivalent u valve. I'm ''allergic'' to fibreglass, hate the stuff, even with wearing the best gear, masks etc. it finds it's way to lungs, skin etc.

    Have to upgrade sisters house & my own. Not possible / practicle to get someone in as job has to be done in stages, attic floor lifted, 4'' risers added to joists, loads of stuff to move around etc. slow, tedious time consuming work, no rooflight or other ventilation.
