Can't access my account

    Hi,


    Tried logging in today and couldn't, tried recovering password, got error message that the email account does not exist. Ended up creating new account, however when i tried to use the same username, was told that was already taken.


    I would love to keep my old account, rather than having a new one, if possible.


    Can you please advise?
