Hot water not heating

    Hi guys,


    The hot water heats when on boost but not on regular setting (the clock).


    The tank is a Santon pp170 and the thermostats are cotherm ones with 1-5 setting (mine are set to 4) and a reset trip thing.

    The lower thermostat controller thing (cotherm) keeps tripping and it is hot to touch when on (i feel like it will melt) before it eventually trips.

    The upper one seems fine.


    Is the thermostat failing? Is it easy to replace?
