    Campaigning for leadership on a unicorn platform of creating growth by reducing taxes for the rich, promoting trickle down economics in a time where there is already a cost of living crisis, an energy crisis, a war in Ukraine, a massive shortage of labour, a 5th of a percent above recession, industrial unrest, climate change

    And then actually trying to implement those policies without any due diligence or funding without even consulting her own cabinet or the OBR...

    She lasted 2 months longer than she deserved TBH

    One good thing is that the reputation of the IEA and the Daily Mail and the Daily Telegraph have been absolutely shredded. They will deny this of course, but the last two weeks have been a calamity for them - they staked all their chips on Truss / Kwarteng and the budget.
