Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hello, how does somebody go about finding out if somebody has a case pending in a criminal court, either district or circuit? Also what kind of information can one get about it?

Look up the legal diaries online.

AFAIK they list Circuit Court cases but not District Court. I think you have to make that enquiry directly with the relevant court.

Due to gdpr that information is not readily available, you can check the court diary for the circuit Court which is available usually the day before.

In the district court fortunately you would need to attend the court physically and see the court lists for the day

If you are a victim or a witness you could contact the investigating member of an garda siochana
