What App and How to autorise online payments using my Visa Debit

I've tried to use my BOI visa debit to buy online but have been asked to authorize the payment using the App on my phone, I don't have one, what is the name of the one I need to download and how do I set it up or activate it? Thanks Aisling

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.
You can download the Bank of Ireland Mobile App from the iOS App Store or Google Playstore. Once you have been registered for 365 Online (you can call freephone 1800 946 156 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday to register for 365 Online) you can use the app to approve online transactions.
