    My credit card lately has a block on it. I rang bank of ireland and was answered by a rep. After 30 mins she told me I was on to the wrong credit card area, so she put me through to the correct area as there was a block on my account ..1 hour 20 minutes later still no pick up...I have a screen grab of the call.2 things I would like to know....1. how to have my credit card unblocked and 2. Where can I make complaint to the bank?
