Loan approval wait times

I applied for loan on Thursday & on Friday got a text advising I would hear in 2 days, I am still yet to hear back?

I understand busy time of the year!

Just to come back on this - I rang and they needed documents. Nobody called / seemed to be scheduling a call to talk to me.

If anyone is waiting its worth ringing as I am now 9 days since application & my tracker is still telling me I will have a decision in 2 days.
