    Folks,

I've recently closed a current account and it has disappeared from my online view. I need access to my old statements.

Can I do this online or do I need to order duplicate statements?

Your website suggests "Your account statements remain available for 7 years after you close your account".

    Thanks

    Hi there

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

When the account is closed we send a final statement in the post but if you need access to other duplicate statements on a closed account then you can request these by calling to any of our branches with ID and we can have these posted out to you.

Yes, you can request statements going back 7 years.

    Thanks

    Declan

That's fair enough. I've most of the statements in PDF format but missing a few recent.

    Thanks for your help.
