    Sergio Aguero wanted to move to Barcelona to play with his long term friend Lionel Messi

    Aguero passes a stringent medical, signs for Barcelona and Messi leaves

    Aguero is unhappy and wants out

    Fakes pains in his chest, pays off doctors to say he has a heart arrhythmia and has his medical history altered to mention he's had a heart issue from when he was younger

    Bows out and takes early retirment

    He has to make it plausable that he had an issue from when he was younger otherwise there would be big questions as to how he managed to pass medicals at Atletico Madrid, Man City & Barcelona
