Question concerning mineral oil for chopping board

    I'm tired of buying 100ml bottles of Mineral Oil for €10, so I was wondering if this would be safe to use on a chopping board?

    I understand it's for animal use, but it is highly refined. I guess it could still not be food grade?


    Would it be very bad to put grapeseed oil on a chopping board?
