So, it seems, a lot of businesses have lost out a lot cos of the restrictions.. but on the other hand there have been businesses that have profited on the restrictions and the receipt of government supports..
I guess I am not understanding this fully - can anyone provide some clarification please? (facts as oppose to fiction would be greatly appreciated) TIA
