Covid - after 10 days isolation

Hi - I have a query regarding testing after 10 days isolation, if you test with an antigen test after the recommended 10 days in isolation and are still showing positive is it "ok" to mix with other family members or do you need to remain in isolation until the antigen test is negative? I query this as the Covid recovery certificate can be used without the need for a negative test to travel from Ireland to Portugal - however you must have a negative antigen test to return to Ireland.

If its positive it means you are still shedding but 10 days is a long stretch, make sure its not some of the off brand antigen tests which show mild cross reactivity with other, presumably similar, proteins. I think the government guidelines are 3 consecutive negative tests, separated by a day each, so 5 days of negativity.
