My Female Pug had 5 pups yesterday by C Section, she seemed to be fine up until this morning, where I walked in and found her with a pup locked in her Jaws and refusing to release it.

I had to stick my finger in her mouth to get her to release, she wasn't moving the pup just sat there with this 1 dangling from her.

Now she's periodically doing it over and over to the same puo. She picks it up and walks about with it gripped tightly.

I've taken it off her every time and it still seems strong, I've tried to bottle feed it but it doesn't seem hungry, I think it's still feeding on her.

I just have a feeling she's trying to reject it.

    What should I do?
