Reassurance - early pregnancy and covid

Hi all, my wife and I just started trying for a 2nd child and as luck has it the whole house is now positive. She’s double vaccinated and boosted with mild symptoms. Just wondering has anybody heard of any effects covid is having on early pregnancy’s?
