Banking 365 transfers not going through

I am in Northern Ireland and I transferred money today around 5pm using the online BOI 365 app from my BOI current a/c into my daughter's BOI current account but nothing came into her account. Cut off time for same day transfer is 2.30pm, it says it on the app before you hit continue on payment screen
