Dublin Cooking Course Recommendations?

Hey All!

Did anyone do any cooking courses in Dublin? Ideally looking for something that is 1 - 2 days/evenings per week and goes on for a month or two. Open to all course types so long as they are NOT virtual! I don't mind if the start date is straightaway or in the next few months. I'm not an unreal cook but could follow recipes well and pretty capable.

If Im not mistaken right now is the time of year that a huge list of evening courses that are starting up soon is published. Everything from fixing cars to knitting with cookery in between. I cant remember who publishes the list but it might be Dublin city council or one of the vocational organisations. Now Im not sure if they are going ahead becasue of restrictions but I do remember flicking through this giant list of evening courses in January in years gone by.

Otherwise (and again restrictions depending) if you want to learn some Mexican dishes then Lily in Picado on South Richmond Street, D2 runs courses in her shop

yeah thats it and providing they are running this year the OPs timing is perfect as they should be starting in the next week or 10 days.

That Asian Cooking for the more experienced cook looks good and only 100 euro for 10 x 2 hour classes. If I was still living in Dublin Id definitely give that a go
