Tender website for Self Builds?

Anyone know of a website for tendering for self builds? Seems strange if one doesn't exist, whereby have to just email tenders to bunch of builders. Doesn't seem like great process, and seems like kind of thing that could be quite streamlined via good online service.

Most self builders in Rural Ireland will go with the local builder who built for neighbors and has a good reputation.

Could be a market for City Tenders but i think most architects have a list they distribute too, Trusted people they used before
