Scam Ads Appearing on Site

Is there any way you can stop these misleading ads appearing on the site?

How are Boards vetting the ads it serves?

Would Boards be liable if a user was scammed after clicking on one of these ads?

We don't vet the ads, Google does. They are all served via Google ad manager/Google ad sense. I am no legal expert but I can't imagine we would be liable unless we'd knowingly posted a scam ad ourselves or it was reported to us and we left it running on the site anyway.

Thanks, I have blocked that one everywhere possible now. Unfortunately there is a tendency to user the same/similar ads but with different click thorgh URLs every time so it's harder to pin them down.

Thanks @Dial Hard I've blocked what I assume is the click through URL from that, can't find the actual ad on the system at all so if it pops up again let me know.

Thanks for those reports, they all seem to be the same ad that I cannot find but have blocked what I assume is the URL and I also founf 2 more Leo V spammy ads while looking and have nuked those ads and blocked their URLs as well.
