Are there rules to paying lump sum off mortgage?

Small enough mortgage with PTSB, variable due to personal circumstances. I just wondered if I am limited to the amount of lump sum payment per year or the amount of payments per year that I can make off it?

No limits if you are on a variable rate.

If you do your general banking with PTSB ring the mortgage section.
They will be able to set up a payment facility from the relevant account to the mortgage.
There is a daily limit.
If you have a spouse who is also with PTSB they too can pay the daily limit.
