Architect mystery disappearance!

Talked to an Architect (meeting in my home) 7 weeks ago who said he'd get back to me in 2-3 weeks.

When should I move on?

no papers signed etc.

I hope that you have better luck finding a builder than I did. Spent an extremely frustrating 2 years dealing with various companies.

No, I refuse to. If they want my business, they'll have to get back to me. I'm not going begging.

If you hope to build anytime before the next property crash then you better get used to chasing people

Architect, QS, Builder, tradesmen, SEAI assessor ... the lot

They dont need the business now as most of them will have plenty of people who will chase them

You want his services as much as he wants your business. If you are will to follow up, but other people are. who do you think gets his attention?
