Has anyone bought from them? Heard good things from Americans using the US website. Mainly wondering do they include the customs charge or will I have to pay customs fees on anything I buy.

They don't ship outside the UK anymore so you'd have to use address pal. Better off buying from the US version. Just keep it under the limits if you want to avoid customs. You'll have to pay VAT though.
