    ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT / EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER

    Key responsibilities:

    • Assist with preparation of financial statements for Limited Companies and Sole Traders.
    • Manage portfolio of Bookkeeping clients which will include:
    • Preparation of VAT returns ensuring compliance to filing deadlines.
    • Payroll processing on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Processing purchase/expense invoices and reconciliation of Creditors.
    • Bank and control accounts reconciliation.
    • Assisting with management accounts reporting.
    • Assisting with the preparation of audit files.
    • Ad hoc duties as and when required.
