    Hey Guys,

Picked up this rock on the foreshore on a beach in the SE. From my completely amateur eye it appears volcanic like black lava with some other colours running through it. It's been in the sea so smoothed over in places but overall keeps its pitted surface mostly. But why would a volcanic rock be on a beach in SE Ireland.

    Ids anyone?

Also it appears to be slightly reactivate to magnets. I've a crappy magnet bolt dish from lidl but it has some resistance when the rock is brought close to the magnetic area of the dish.
