Montessori schooling from aged 3-12 years old

Hello, I'd love to hear experiences from anyone who's child has gone through Montessori schooling the whole way through from aged 3-12 years old? We like the ethos. I'm hearing however that the Montessori method isn't suited to every child and that the schools will suggest more formal education for some children. Is this true? I don't want her kicked out on her ear with nowhere to go if it doesn't for whatever reason "suit". We are based in Dublin 18 so thinking of the school in Stillorgan if anyone has feedback on this or other places?

Our neighbours Kids both go to the children’s house in Stillorgan and love it. Seems really rounded. Both proficient readers. I think it’s split in three classes but am not sure. I’ve no idea about what happens if the method isn’t suited to your child though, sorry.

Thanks, that's great to hear as that school is quite close to us. I'll think I will arrange a visit!
