I inadvertently used hard mode the first few times I attempted Wordle. It never occurred to me that there was another option. When I realised that you could exclude letters that appeared in your previous guesses, I was sceptical at first. But I tried it a couple of times and I have now scored 3 on each of my last four attempts.

I know this won’t last forever, but I think I would prefer three 3s to a 2 (if I got lucky), 4 and 5.

Hey everyone first time poster and this may not be relevant till tomorrow or allowed so apologies for the interruption but I got two separate wordle words today. I had been using the old web address powerlanguage and I got a different word than my girlfriend who is using the NY times address and in our post match analysis we realised that we got different words. I opened the NY times link in a new page and sure enough it was her word. I refreshed the page with the old link and it updated to the NY times and it had updated my streak so I got two wordles today and both counted towards my streak.
