    Two sets of double letters and only 1 vowel + another letter V that I anyway wouldn't really pick as a main letter.

    I had been thinking that it was getting harder too. The first week of the league I got several 3/6 solutions. Downhill ever since, unfortunately. Then someone here posted a link to the Wordle Archive, so I've been working my way through all the ones I'd missed. Honestly, some of the earliest words were absolute nightmares.

    I don't have the mode switched on, but I've never not used the letters I've got - I can't bear the thought of wilfully wasting a guess!!
