Cleaner in Balla/Kiltimagh area

Would anyone be able to give a personal recommendation for a cleaner in the Balla/Kiltimagh area? I know I could approach a cleaning firm but it's important that it's the same person calling as opposed to whoever is available from a pool of staff. Thanks in advance
