My friend moved into a house built in 2005.

There is no skirting behind where fridge goes in the kitchen or beside the sink behind where the washing machine will be. She asked me to fit skirting

I just wanted to make sure it should he there? It's a plastered wall not dryline in case that matters and is plastered down to where the skirting would start. Is that right or should it be plastered to floor before skirting?

Check that you will still have enough depth for appliances.

    Not your ornery onager
