Sports direct q

Not sure if this is the right forum or not. waa in sports direct yesterday trying on runners, they didn’t have my size. they are available online, if I was to order online via ‘click and collect ‘ then when they arrive, go to shop and actually try them on there and then, let’s say they didn’t fit…….could I then just go up…

OR because I bought it online, do I have to follow the online return process?

yeah, from that link, it seems my plan will not work.
If I try shoes on in shop after click and collect and they dont fit, I cant just get a credit note at till. I will have to bring them home and post them off to the UK it seems
