Any ideas on where I would get this at a reasonable price? All the Amazon sellers aren't shipping to Ireland any more and the only place I can find online charges €26 delivery for a €7 500g pack so I'm at a bit of a loss.

I've never tried to buy it so I'm not sure. Could you check with a local craft butcher where you might get it?
