What should I look at

My current PC is not compatible with 11, under a bit of pressure already so time to change.

I currently have an Intel i7 4790 3.6GHZ 16GB Ram, SSD etc. I have replaced the fans to keep the noise down. It's under a little bit of pressure when doing video processing.  

Looking to replace it with a machine that I will get a few years out of. Small form so it can fit on the bench. Quiet so it doesn't interfere with video recording. I don't think I need an external graphics. 

Can I have some suggestions?

Buy this SFF case, stick this CPU and some RAM and whatever storage you need into it, and you're set.

If you take the shroud off the fan that comes with the CPU it will fit in the case (plenty of guides on youtube), and the case accepts 1 m.2 ssd and 2 2.5" SATA drives, so plenty of storage options.

I'd recommend some 3200mhz ddr4 RAM, because Ryzen likes fast RAM.
