Hpw much per hour for daytime shift lambing?

hi all , last year i gave farm relief €17/hour for lambing. might have to go private this year as farm relief are getting it hard to get me someone. how much is fair enough for day time lambing , nothing hectic. 120 ewes so apart from feeding cattle and tending to some outside already , person wouldnt be over busy

What time of year? Just thinking vet students have to do a placement in March for a few weeks... if there are any in your area might be an option..possibly prefer a larger set up but worth looking into I'd say
