Website: monthly filtered transaction export crashing, how come?

I use the monthly filter to export transaction data from the website. It crashes and logs me out. I didn't report because, I had assumed that these crashes are monitored and so it would be addressed, but I guess not. So could someone take a look.

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.
We are aware of this and out Support Team are actively working to fix this asap. You should be able to export the transactions when the filters are not applied.
