Sleep apnea

Hi, looking for someone with sleep apnea, I am on waiting list to be tested for 4 years now, so, looking into getting tested privately, I have no insurance, lalso, spotted a ring sort of devise by SleepOn that measures at home your sleep including oxygen in the blood. Any advice/thoughts etc. would be appreciated.
