    Applied on the app for a account to put rainy day money into.Got an email to say my card number was wrong and told to apply again.Applied again on the 25th of january but still havent heard anything even though the initial email says 2 working days to hear is there delays for this type of request currently ?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us and apologies for the delay in having this resolved for you.

    Our colleagues are currently working through a large volume of applications but if you email the team at PCA@boi.com we can give you an update on your application. Once the account is open we will also send you a text message with the BIC and IBAN number for the account.
