FEES Query

I am an AOP using Visa Debit Card. I notice on 25th January 2022 € 5 deducted GOVT DUTY ATM/POS1630. What would this be for. I haven't paid fee in years. Where do I enquire about this. Its not easy ring the Bank nowadays. If I do need to contact my Bank could you give me a number & not be hanging on for an hour.

There be no need to call to query this, it is a government annual charge for the card on your account.
