Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Covid Certificate helpline - Wait Times

    Am looking to call the Covid Cert helpline to change the name on my covid cert to match my passport name for travel purposes.

    I use my 2nd Christian name on my Covid cert , my passport uses my 1st Christian name as per my birth cert. I don’t want to get stuck at passport control with a difficult immigration officer 😎

    I am on hold for the last hour!

    Can I expect longer waiting times to be connected ???
