The latest in the inflation scam... Greyhound bin collection putting up prices by €2.99 a MONTH from 1st March, an extra €35.88 a year on all plans.

If inflation is running at 5.1%, why are prices going up over 18%?!

    Standard plan: €19.49/month - €233.88/year (+18.1%)

    Family plan: €21.49/month - €257.88/year (+16.2%)

    Family plus plan: €25.49 - €305.88/year (+13.3%)

If you are a business owner that isn't raising prices now, you are a fool.

People nowadays are paying money just to leave a comment on YouTube (superchat) or even for jars of farts.

    So they can afford inflation.

I'd love if my business costs were only up 5%.

In my private life I'd love if my expenses were only up 5%.

Inflation figures often do not grasp the full picture for a lot of people.

Handy they don't have to publish their accounts...

"Greyhound...does not file accounts in Ireland, having reorganised its corporate structures in December 2010.Group owners Michael and Brian Buckley transferred their shares in the companies to limited liability companies in the Isle of Man, where such companies do not have to publish accounts." 1
