Could anyone send a link of where I can get the following forms for the Family Law in the Circuit Court:

Increase Maintenance

Backdate Maintenance

Baring Order

Custody of Children

Backdate of Financials as the person worked on very profitable mixers (refused to pay kids expenses but Casino's got lots of visits, many holidays)

I've had a solicitor but making no progress, so I need to move quickly or my kids will end up homeless, at the moment we are limited on a good day to eat once a day. I live on child benefit, I will have to fight this myself. Since the family circuit court process started, may times the person has made up excuses for not turning up, he has avoided maintenance, attachment orders had to constantly renewed as he changed jobs but the last court date 2 yrs ago to finalise everything he didn't appear stating he had a meeting. He had gone on a very expensive holiday before relocating to the UAE. I would only love if the person took an active role with the kids but every excuse is made not to. He thinks knocking at our door with an angry face to say, HI/BYE every 6mths is seeing his kids. I would not look for a cent maintenance if we had 50/50 custody. I need to work full time and its impossible under the current circumstances. I do not claim any benefits, as they were a nightmare to deal with. I had to prove where he lived, I had to prove I could pay childminding services before I could sign on for work benefit, they called out to our home to check if he was living with us at 7am one morning, another evening at 6pm and lied about calling to our home 2other times, times my kids & neighbours seeing this. On one house call I was accused of having an issue of being a single mum like her, they rang my landlord to check who was registered as living in the house without my permission. Once the landlord said it was rented out to 2 adults and children they said I'd have to create a new rental agreement, when I went to the office to speak to them they threatened me that they'd report me to child services as I said I wouldn't leave without an explanation. It's pure hell, if you are the person who walke's out on your kids it's fine but if you look after them your punished. He also told many lies on immigration papers to get his work visa & citizenship for Ireland. He maintaines he works in Ireland for that purpose but doesn't,,, the whole situation is really getting to me as I'm basically under his control. This is a guy who is a gambling addict, spending most of his time in the casino, squatted in a property we owned without paying mortgage/electricity/gas, was caught on public transport without tickets as all his high salary went on gambling, went to the races with his Tender ladies, slated me and now one of them has moved in with him,,, so please could someone give advice or links to the legal papers so I can print, pay a solicitor to sign and bring into the court to get started.
