    Hi, is it possible to request a copy of a cheque from 2016 or how do I go about requesting this?

    If the cheque debited your account within the last seven years we can certainly provide you with a copy of this. If you log on to 365 and select Services then scroll down to Send us a Message you can send a request there or call 0818365365.
