Ladies hairdresser Dublin that can cut heavy / thick hair

That is best I can describe it - her hairdresser has emigrated and looking for any recommendations please. I am sure they can all cut it but I know the last guy was particularly good with this type of hair. I am not exactly an expert on the topic. Thank you.
