Repairing synthetic stock

Anyone know who would repair synthetic stock

You could ask @ejg if he would have a look. No guarantees he will and perhaps he only does his own so I hate to put him on the spot by suggesting him, but anyone else I know deals in timber only.

What stock and what is the issue?

Never done one myself but off top of head, synthetic to me means plastic or a polymer mix or some kind.

If it’s just a simple split/crack then a clear two part epoxy resin comes to mind.

More info on damage would be helpful.

I've fixed my own too, and they are actually easy enough to work on.

I find them a little easier than timber as they seem more forgiving. Timber requires experience and a good eye/technique, plus one mistake can mean a destroyed stock. Synthetic can be drilled/dremeled easily, then filled with an epoxy, as you said.
