Lost RTD HD channels

I've jyst got a new Zgemma H7S box with channels installed. Today when I was looking at the Saorview channels RTE 1 and RTE 2 HD have no reception. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

If you are not sorted try this, on any channel go OK, arrow up, then along bottom see yellow ie providers, press that and look for RTNL once found click on it and see if channels are in there.
