Change from Stamp 1 to Stamp 4 - INIS Online

Hello folks, I'm about to change my visa permission from Stamp 1 to Stamp 4 and I'm not quite sure what should I select on the INIS Online form since I'm not renewing but applying for a new type Does anyone have been through that process recently? Do I have to book an appointment at the Registration Office? Thanks a lot
